macmac, you are wrong.

Well let me add to the confusion - I am debaffled, gutted the goat, removed the silencers and added the 1K Ohm resistor mod. I run 87 octane at sea level in temps over 100 degrees in summer without any ping and have plenty of power through the band running two-up. So I don't know what these guys are talking about either.

I've also had a 1600 with V&H, Kury Air Kit and PCIII. The only difference was the later gave me a few more horses and a lot more noise. OH, and the latter was a lot more money.

We're facing the possibility of smog checks here in California so I also have a stock set of pipes and goat. I've still spent less than all that other stuff costs for so little gain.
