Please check my thinking - switched wire...

I have an Eastern Beaver Power Center 8 Fuse Block in the mail right now. http://easternbeaver.com/Main/Produc...PC-8/pc-8.html

6 of the leads are switched. The power doesn't come off the switch, the power comes directly from the battery, the switch just tells it whether to turn the relay on or off.

I'm looking at the wiring diagram for the Junction box (in the manual for the 2005-2008 Nomads).

Even better... let's see if this works...

It says that the output of pin 8 is G, the Headlight Relay. So if I tap into this, then the switched items in my fuse block should only be on when the headlight is on (and the headlight is only on AFTER I thumb the starter button).

Am I thinking correctly, or is it late and my brain is fried?

Thanks for the sanity check...

Louis
