New Nomad 1700 Owner in Las Vegas
Hi, I'm Stan.
Haven'towned a bike in 22 years, now I have two. Last November took a MSF course and bought a 800 Vulcan Classic. Sharpened up my skills and was ready to move up. I was looking to sit on a new Nomad for a couple months but they were nowhere to be found in Las Vegas. When taking a long weekend to visit friends in Phoenix I thought I would check out a few Kawasaki dealers to see if I could find a new Vulcan. Well I did and by Saturday night I owner a red/beige Nomad. Rode it home (300 miles) on Sunday. Wasn't the greatest ride since the winds were 20-40 MPH. However, even limited by the wind and break in procedures I could tell it's a solid bike and will elaborate more in future posts as I just passed 400 miles. I will post pictures also when I figure out how to do it.
