Please help with Wiring!

Oh my God. I am looking at this and totally lost.

I have no clue how to wire this.
For the right side of the pic, I assume the longer black cable goes to my neg terminal and shorter red goes to pos.

But what is a switching lead and what to I tap it into? Right now my light work on hi and low beam. I would like to keep it that way. I have a switch on the right back side of my lightbar that turns them off an on.
