Two days and one night in the Sandhills. 940 miles of wide open spaces and roads less traveled. On Sunday I rode from Gordon, NE to Valentine, NE on US 20. 90 miles and I saw 4 cars!!

Looks like you have had some real nice weather so far. :)
What kind of helmet is that on your mirror in one of the pics?

Great pictures Bill. That is my kind of riding with no traffic. Have fun and a safe trip.

Here you would see four cars in a mile on one of our less travelled roads. It amazes me how the traffic disapears in the states once your out of the cities.

I've been out that way a couple times. I remember listening to the radio in the car and in Gordon they were announcing which residents were in the hospital that day. Things must be slow there. There's not a whole lot, that is for sure, although the ride is a little better than I90.
