Something isn't right with that ad. its too vague, and there are other parts missing as well. I didn't see any handlebar controls on it, or hard bag brackets.

My guess is that its been wrecked, and they didn't have collision insurance. So probably they can't finance putting it back together right. Could be a good project for a rat bike. ;)

Ive never heard of a Vulcan needing bearings either, especially at 8000 miles. And it probably has the pog, which may be the reason it needs new bearings.
