Advice on 2003 Vulcan 1500 Classic

I am looking at a 2003 Vulcan Classic (carb) with about 20k miles on it. Any advice on what to ask about specifically and/or what to watch out for?

They probably have as good a reputation as the Nomad does, since the motors are basically the same. However you may be better off asking your question on the VROC or Delphi boards since they cover the complete Vulcan lineup. Youll probably get a better answer there since not too many of us have those here.
