Trip to Barbers Motor Sports museum
I left Saturday morning for Leeds AL and met my son at Barbers it was a little over 500 miles round trip but we sure had a great time. My son is fairly new to riding so I was a little worried about him riding from Atlanta by his self but we both had a good trip. I thought some of you might like to see the pictures I took at the museum.

oldbikers. Nice pictures. Liked the one of the 1958 Cushman Eagle looks just like the one I had. It was my first bike (scooter) got it brand new for $350.00. My dad paid for it then I paid him back so much a month. Nice memories. Thanks.

Thats a first class place, Vintage days there are amazing with 100 year old bikes racing on the course, swap meet, and more vintage bikes than I have seen anywhere.
The museum, track and grounds make it a trip worth taking. |

Great pictures Jim I am sure both of you had a fun day. I sure wish I had been able to make it down. Like I said the wife wanted to go to Smokies for our anniversary. We just got back late yesterday afternoon. We had a great time in the Smokies although the heat was unbearable. Glad you had the ride with your son.

I'm thinking that you need to find the best low mileage 1600 and put it in your current bike. I'm guessing they can do it !!!
