Best way to blow fifty bucks
So I got $50 from my in-laws for my b-day. I'm just trying to decide how to spend it. I'm leaning toward a 6" smoked windshield for my up and coming fairing. I've already got Kury grips (and hate them) so I might buy a different set of grips. Maybe a throttle lock. So I'll put it out to a few of you guys, what was the best $50 you've ever spent.......oh and lets make it to items you have put on your Nomads.

It was more than $50, but my first item I put on the Nad was a set of Phat II risers. Best money I've spent on it so far, at least my back says so.
Can't wait to try out my Grasshopper backrest. |

The best $50 I ever spent on my Nomad was for the Audiovox CCS100 electronic cruise control.
$27 - Audiovox unit $10 - Parts needed to construct vacuum canister $11 - NAPA vacuum check valve ================ $48 Total Riding enjoyment: priceless!

Best way to blow fifty bucks
Great answers guys, some I already have. CJ I love the cruise idea, and quite honestly I'm not afraid to tinker with my bike, but that whole cruise control installation is a little intimidating to me.
I think I'm just going to go with my original plan and buy a nice 6" smoked windshield to go on my upcoming fairing. I'd like to get that thing on before the riding season really kicks in here. I think I'll have just enough left over to sneek in a throttle lock. |
