1600 Fork Skins

I've been looking for something to cover up the front axle ends on each fork, and decided on the Kuryakyn Fork Skins. They add a little "Bling" to the front. I also got a set of Fire & Steel caliper covers for the front calipers. The dealer parts man let me have them at a really good price. I originally got the Kury caliper covers (listed for the 1500, but the Kury lady said they would fit), but they wouldn't fit around the caliper banjos. I got a refund and got the fire & Steel ones.

they bolt up to where the caliper and fender bolts are.
http://www.kuryakyn.com/documents/in...-21MC-0908.pdf
Kury's got them for $150.

I like the look.
But, it does look like the caliper cover gives it a more finished look.

Thanks guys, I do like the look of them. Looks like Donguer has already got the price and installation covered for me, Thanks. They are pretty solid when mounted, and Kris, you know "Chromaholicism" is one of those incurable diseases, you can only deny it so long, then it hits again. ;)

Hey VulcanE,
Did you do better than the $149.99 price?
I like it alot. The wife says it's ok if I want to go for it.
But, this MEDIA Promoted economic crisis is putting me in a holding pattern.
I'm trying to take it easy on my chrome addiction!

Really like how clean they make the front end look, but I just can't spend any more $$$ on the bike right now. I think I'd better behave, at least for a while.

Donguer, The parts manager at the local dealer always gives me a 15% discount on what I get from him (except Amsoil), so I got them for around $130.
