Congratulations Central Region Rally attendees, you are officially on the Arkansas, Eureka Springs city and Chamber of Commerce calender of events. They will also be promoting our rally. Here is the official email from the President of the Chamber of Commerce:

As Rider's Rest is a Chamber Member in good standing, we are happy to post your event on the state tourism calendar of events at Arkansas.com, the city calendar of events, and the Chamber's calendar of events. We will also send out a notice of your rally to our membership via email close to the time of the event. We welcome you to Eureka Springs. Any assistance we can give you, please let us know. We have staff knowledgeable of the best ride routes for bikes in the area. We look forward to your rally and visit.

My wife and I are new members. We will be in the Central Rally area for the Saturday of the rally and thought about riding in. Just wondered if there was a schedule of what goes on, if there was a fee, etc. We have appreciated the message line. Great information. Thanks for any information we can get.

How's about buying some shirts for the rally? I mean, I've got one freak'n order from youse guys? I can't afford to type this message at this rate.... You know they're $15 plus shipping, and being cheap, I'd think you'd be buy'n em for everyone else!

One Order?! LOL... thats not even worth setting up the screens for! We are planning on ordering here coming up, not sure how many we need to order yet tho....

So, question: We are planning on coming up and spending two days, one night at the rally but I am not sure when would be the best day for us to come. Are most people going to be there the entire time? Is there a posted schedule yet? We have to work Thursday and Friday, but could come up either Friday around noon and stay until Sat night or come Sat Morning, stay til Sunday afternoon... what are your plans???

Julie and I are going to ride up to somewhere in the middle of Arkansas on Thursday and then ride to Eureka Springs on Friday morning. We are leaving Sunday morning.

Julie & I got our t-shirts today in the mail. They look great! We got white long sleve and the logo and stuff really stands out.

I am sad to report that it does not look like I am going to be able to swing 2 weeks away from the office and make it to the central rally from the eastern............I am keeping the smallest tiny % of hope that it might work out..but not likely at this point.

As I posted earlier, Rick and I will arrive Wednesday, the wives aren't coming . We are doing an early bird ride for anyone that wants to go with us on Thursday. If no one will be there Thursday Rick and I will be touring all day on our own. And we will be doing a ride Friday if anyone wants to go with us. Rick has to work Sunday so we will be leaving Saturday morning. If anyone wants to head up into Missouri they are welcome to tag along as far as they want. We are staying at the Riders Rest so look us up.

We are planning on leaving Wednesday morning and riding until the "Director of my Life" decides she has had enough seat time.LOL
We will find a motel and crash for the night then should be arriving to ES before noon on Thursday.
