Thanks for the offer Mike. Unfortunately I cannot confirm whether they are the same because there is no parts number for the '04 on Ma Kaw's website anymore.

Hi, I just checked the link and that is not the right one. It does not look like any rail I have seen on the 99 - 04 nomads and I do not see how the one on ebay will be bolted to the bike.

I have not seen that before.
My wife has an 02'. Should be the same as the 04'
Looking at the rail on ebay I can see that the front (right side of pic)
would attach where the front seat bolts on.
The rear of the rail would attach to the part on the rear fender that the rear seat hooks onto.
It would make a ring around the passenger seat.

Would you please post a closeup picture of your handrail? Thanks. I contacted the seller on ebay and what he is selling is not OEM. I am still interested in the item if it will work on my bike but I really like the OEM hand rail.

The switch has me a bit lost.
I didn't mean to imply that I had a hand rail on the 02'
I just meant that having an 02', which should be the same as an 04',
I can see how the rail on ebay would mount.
Does that make any sense?
