I left the dealer a week ago with my '06 Nomad (Green & Silver). My wife and I had test rode one a year ago and knew it was the bike for us.
I had taken my '06 Suzuki C50 in for a valve check. While walking around kickin' tires I saw a green and silver '06 Nad for sale in the used bike area parking lot. Lust swept through me. I kept my feelings in check and walked away. When I came back an hour later it had a "SOLD" decal on it. Taking this as a sign I continued my tire kicking (5 hours for a valve check??). I was talking to the sales manager about the bike and he told me that they had another '06 green and silver that they had just taken in the day before. I checked it out and worked a deal to trade in my C50 before it even left the shop. It must have been fate.

The C50 was a great ride and gave my wife and I 24,000 miles (smiles) in the past two years. I'm looking forward to learning the tips and tricks to the Nomad from ya'll.
