Cold idle --- Help

Looking for ideas on how to get the engine to run in high idle mode longer when it is first started cold.
The engine when first started will idle fast for about 10 seconds maybe and then drop right down to a lugging slow idle, once it warms up just a bit it is fine and idles great not low at all. I know there is the high idle/ (choke cable) on the side, but really didn't know whay at all that was there anyway as the bike is fuel injected. 2001 Nomad FI
Have done the sea foam treatment too.

Thanks
