Steering stem bearing kit nomad 1600

Hi all, i bought a all balls stem bearing kit and the seals it came with have a very diff inside diameter than the orig seals? So the new bottom seal will not fit over the shoulder on the bottom under bottom bearing? Anyone dealt with this before? Thanks in advance
