Best place to buy Cobra True Duals

I am looking for Cobra True Duals with the billet tip. Any suggestions of a source would be appreciated. The lowest price would be great, but I want to make sure I get them as well. Lowest isn't always best.

The best price I have found is from http://www.temeculamotorsports.com/policy.asp, $475 with free shipping. I have them verifying that these are the billet tip and that the shipping is free and whether they actually have them.
