DONE!!! DeBaffle problems

OK I used the hole saw and dowel method to debaffle my '03 1500 FI. The welds are cut and the baffles move around, maybe 1/8 of an inch side to side. I can not get the baffle to come out. I've wiggled and jiggled ( ) with a pair of vice grips, wacked the grips several times with a hammer, bent the crap out of the end of the baffle, but still no luck. What am I doing wrong? Is there another "level" of plate I need to cut through?
