Bike for the wife.
Hey everyone.
Went to the Kawasaki dealer this morning to look at helmets. Didn't find what I wanted, but on the way out we saw that they had two 2003 Honda VLX 600 Shadows. Both very clean with 6500 or so miles on each. Hmmmm. Donna sat on them and liked the smaller size and light feel. I liked the fact they are Hondas and very reliable. They were both 100% stock. $3500 for either one; black or purple. She is really thinking about it. She will do the MSF course etc but for her just to have something to putt around on and ride beside me on shorter trips... might be nice! Kind of wish the big K had something like it; the used 800 Vulcan is too heave for her. She liked it but felt better on the VLX. We'll see....
