I need to replace my rear tire (post modified)

I know this question has been asked before. If the search feature worked better I could probably find the answer there.

I want to go with a car tire ( Darkside ). I want to keep it as simple as possible. What I would like is a tire that is as close to the same size as the tire that is on it now (Metzler ME880, 180/70). I have read that some have put a slightly taller tire on to correct the speedometer, my speedometer seems to be very close to the actual speed. Would a 195/60-16 be a good choice? Would a 205 better? One brand vs another? Your help is appreciated!

I should have mentioned I ride two up most of the time. Depending on who is riding with me the weight is any where from 120 lbs to 200 lbs (my son is 6'2", he will be riding with me on a 1500 mile ride, plus gear)
