I came across this new to me speedo fixer
http://www.speedotuner.com/index.html found them for under 90.00 bucks I paid more for the Speedo healer I purchased. Reading the install it seems very easy to set up, just push a couple buttons while riding and its all set.

I know some just do the math in their heads, but I like having things that work/function right too.
