Need Powdercoating Enlightenment

Hi and Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays! I am seeking any friendly advice and feedback regarding powdercoating; I have no experience or knowledge of it.

I was hoping to get the area squared off in RED in the picture, the headlight bucket, driving light bucket, and 2 air filter covers, powdercoated in gloss black (if there is such a color). I got an estimate for $100. which includes doing a set of kuryakyn ISO grips, and an extra set of grip ends.

Anything i should look for? What makes for a better quality job?
