back rest mod

you guys are gonna love this. I took the fire and steal factory back rest off. I want a grasshopper but im always broke so lets see what i can do. Placed the F&S back rest up behind the seat. Nope wont work. Wait just a min. If i unbolt the lower brackets on the back rest flip them around? done. ok got a bolt on the rear portion of the F&S back rest. The forward most bolt on the rear fender fit perfect, but I need a front bolt? hmmm. beer! beer! beer!. ah ha shock bolt. Fabed up a metal strip for each side. Positioned it to the angle i liked. Bolted up and wala a free back rest. hahaha
