clock and trip odometer resets

For the last few days, every morning my clock and trip odometer is resetting at start up. My radio in my fairing is also resetting. Seems to start ok. Is this my battery going or loose connection?
I will take the seat off this weekend and see if I can find the problem.
Any suggestions?
2007 1600 Nomad. Original battery with 26000 miles.

thanks,
