Ok discalimer up front.... This is just My own humble opinion.
I feel for the families of the people who were killed, it is a tragedy.

You have to have seen the video on the circumstances of wreck..... then form your opinion.

Does anyone else wonder what kind of education and raising our kids are getting where they think standing on the track of an off the road race is ok or even close to safe?

When they initially reported it yesterday they were reporting the crowd ran down and started throwing stones at the driver after he crawled out of his truck.

AND how did we get to the point in our society that sueing someone else for your own stupidity is considered the right avenue and first thing discussed?

Thats like a man getting his hand bit off by an alligator and sueing the place because no one told him he shouldnt stick his hand in the alligators mouth.... Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
