Tank whistle AFTER FI2000R install ..
Hi friends!
A quick question to see if anyone else has experienced this. I installed a Cobra FI2000R last week and was fairly happy with the results. However, since installing it I find my gas cap loves whistling ... a lot. Now, I'm familiar with the fact that some of these caps like to whistle but does it make sense that the whistling really took off after installing the FI2000? Could this be a result of a vacuum hose pinched or not put back in place properly? I was pretty sure I was careful with the hoses but it's possible I missed one. How many hoses do I need to be aware off when lifting and putting back down the gas tank? A second partly-related question about the FI2000R. I'm running factory setting of 3-5-0. I love smoothness I get going up through the gears but notice a little hesitation off the mark or idle. I am running stock pipes/air. Which dial should i manipulate if at all? Thanks again.
