06 Nomad difficult to Start

I've replaced my battery on the Nad but its still having a difficult time cranking over. I'm wondering if the starter is going out or if anyone has had this similar issue. 23K miles and never had any problems. Any help is greatly appreciated. I do have the GTTP warranty but just don't have any reputable dealers. :(" title="" border="0"/>
