I have used Rotella T6 all syn. They say synthetic lasts longer and you don't have to change oil as frequently. I prefer the standard Rotella 15/40 diesel oil, it is a lot cheaper and i like to change it often anyway.

I cant use Facebook. They are blocking anyone who wont dance to the black lives matter tune. People asking about the colour of oil, or their bikes, helmet ect, will be next.

I don't use Shell Rotella T6 5w40 synthetic anymore, because I later learned its only a Group III refined Dino oil, and because it will only last 500 miles in the transmission gears, those gears chew up that 5w40 real quick so that after 500 miles it is reduced to a 5 wt oil, diesel trucks can use it cause they don't have transmission gears chewing up the oil, that's what Rotella T6 5w40 is for,,, trucks, not motorcycles

The slight breakdown of oil in the trans can be offset with a oil additive like Lucas oil Stabilizer....

Got a friend that owns an oil distributorship and he says Mobile 1 is the best oil on the market as of now. I run Pennzoil full syn in my newer Dodges. He swares its second place to Mobile 1 full syn. He offered to give me the oil to try it in my bike. I run Castrol 10w40 Motorcycle full syn racing oil in it. Shifts the same at 5000 miles as it does at 1 mile. He still pushes Mobile 1 at me for the bike.

And just saying I like oil threads. It brings activity to the forums.
Its like tire threads. Some folks get 20000 out of a hundred dollar tire. I cant get 10000 out of a 200 dollar tire. The cut of asphalt were you ride most and how you ride can change that result in a hurry.
