Looks like the Belt Pkwy/Southern State although could be the northern state/GCP. All are on LI.

I tried to watch the video on my computer, and it crashed. Can't get it to
do anything. I'm using the wife's right now, watched the video, can't believe
someone would want to do that at night. A race track would be better, and
safer for the other people on the road with this guy.

Gerry, you computer is not set up for high speed riding.

I'd never try that at night, but a nice sunny day, I may be tempted if I had a bike capable.

I went about 130-135 on a Kawasaki 1000 when I was maybe 17 years old. Never wanted to do it again.
