1500 motor with 27.5K on it, offers?

My poor '99 Nomad's had some major issues the past months. I ended up getting a salvage title motor to replace mine out of frustration (and before discovery of this site)

Cliff Notes Version: '99 with 27,500 +/- miles on it that failed compression in the rear cyl. My belief is that the problem was with the gasket (or lack thereof) but was not discovered until 90% disassembly of the rear cylinder. I've all the parts, but have not torqued the bolts down, finger tight only.

Location is Westminster CO. Make an offer and we'll work something out. I just don't see much of a point in this taking up space in an already small garage
