I'm going to give PA a call tomorrow and see if they have a set locally.
Just for the halibut, I looked up the Pit Posee US and Canadastan price, have a gander and say we aren't getting screwed over:

I shop both sides of the border and suggest keeping an eye on Amazon.ca as I have been finding better deals on CAN site than US more often the last couple years (maybe 10-20% of time). They are building a new warehouse in Ottawa and it will only get better.

Thanks for the heads up Redjay. Just called the local PA and they put one on hold for me, I'll pick it up tomorrow when I go in town.
It's a tool you don't use much but when you do, there's not much else gonna work 'cept maybe grease and a large drift.......Mike

That's the same POS that Harbor Freight sells.
Do yourself a favor and buy good quality tools instead of shyte. Cheap tools will ruin your day.

If it works once its paid for itself. If it fails on the first attempt then no big loss. If you intend to use this kind of tool on a regular basis then buy a better more expensive set. I don't intend to change wheel bearings or belt drive pulley bearings on a regular basis. |

Got it for 59.00.
MAS you are correct, it's not a quality tool by any stretch but it appears to be better quality that what I was expecting. For $60 and thinking that it's not something that I'll be using every day, (I've only ever had reason to use one once and that was a pilot bearing in a tractor) it'll last me forever....or 'til it breaks LOL.............Mike
