Handlebar riser help

I was hoping you guys/girls could help me by sharing what brands or types of riser you've found to work best.

I find the stock bars comfort enough, I'd just like them to be a bit taller and forward a little more.

I would add that i did'nt have to change any cables or lines, but any taller and i'd have to had to change front brake hose.
