I'm so cheap
Since I keep my cell phone in a saddle bag when I'm riding and I can't stand wearing a watch, I broke down and bought a motorcycle clock.
O.k. fine it's a Walmart wrist clock (too big to be a watch) with the little arms for the pins saw'd off and filed smooth so it doesn't look quite so much like a wrist clock. Yes, I know......it still looks like a watch, but it's better than it was. $9.00 and now I know when it's time to not go home. It matches the speedometer and the font on the numbers is even pretty close (unbeknownst at the time of purchase). It's so honking huge I can see it at a glance. How waterproof can a $9 Walmart wrist clock be? Only time will tell. Get it? ![]() ![]()
