Questions on replacing the fuel tank

Getting ready to replace the tank on my '06 so I can send the old out out for paint. I have a couple questions:

First, what's the best way to drain the tank without siphoning it? Or is that my only option?

Second, I looked over the exploded parts view, and the only thing I think I might need is a new o-ring for the fuel pump.. but I'm not sure. Anyone swap out a tank before? Any new gaskets/seals/o-rings I need to replace?

Thanks in advance.
