? for NC riders going to rally

My wife and I plan to head down to Helen on Thurs the 23rd. We can make it all the way in one full day, but was wondering if there was a group riding to Helen on Friday from NC? If there is, we can stay some where in NC Thurs night and meet up on Friday for the ride over.

If you do come in Thurs, and want to meet up Friday in Blairsville for a short ride, let me know.
There will be 4 GA riders meeting at my house sometime Friday before noon.
We'll ride over to Helen, which is only 20 miles, so we may have to take "the long way."

Might need to go around to Brasstown Bald and over to Russell highway then into Helen.That would make a nice ride.Wish I could be there.

I'm still working out logistics for my young-uns classic1. I don't know if I'm leaving early or late or what.

OK itsemt, we might just try to make the whole trip in one day. That way when we wake up on Friday, we're already there. We will figure that out next week.

Yeah, I hate that I can't be more specific than this classic. As it is now we have to wait for friends to get off work, so we might have to head down there late. I really would have liked to ride down there in a group, because it's more fun and secure. But be careful and we'll see you there.
