KawaNOW's K!

After having seen a couple of Trip's recent threads (KawaNOW...on the Kawasaki Map and KawaNOW Members as of 12/2008), I thought that I'd start the office pool to see just when we think that KawaNOW will make it to 1000 members.

I base my guess on the following:

1) KawaNOW has been operating for 18 months and has 900 members. That is an average of 100 new members every 2 months.

2) KawaNOW is now listed on the Kawasaki links page. This should draw even more attention to the site that Trip built.

3) The KawaNOW forum has 1248 members. As of this posting, many of whom are not KawaNOW members, and I hope, will become members.

For these reasons, I think that KawaNOW will reach the 1000 member mark on or around February 7, 2009. Granted, many will think that this is VERY early, but I have faith and will be doing my part to spread the word.

With that said, what is your guess as to when KawaNOW will earn its K?

I think it'll be in the first week of April, you know, after the "fever" starts.

Hey Bob,

Now when Trip says we win a new Nomad we might have to hold him to it....he has connections.

I say Feb 14th....wouldn't it be appropriate to hit 1000 on the day we all recognize our beautiful Kawasaki girls (and our wives too).

There are a few ways to make sure that you are a member. First, check here. That is the official list and is listed by number...for instance, I am PROUDLY number 700

An easier way might be to read this thread. Look under your state and then look for your name.

If are not a member and would like to become one, see post #10 (by Trip), or follow this link. Trip would be honored to sign you and all of your Nomad friends up.
