Man, you are lucky! Getting to go ride a snowmobile! In my area of Cali., we never get snow. That sucks to no end. Have to drive for an hour or so to get to snow! I suppose I should just ride the Nomad................. AGAIN! Darn it! Woe is me!

We have waited a long time for spring. The Nomad should hopefully be out in a week or two if the melting continues.

Just got back from riding.

Here's my buddy on his new 800 summit.

Tis me on a 700 Grand touring walking it up a hill.

Stopping to catch our breaths.

Got home and took a pic of my new toy I brought home yesterday. Looks like it may be a month before I get to ride it.

Bosko, you will love your new Suzuki. My dad has one just like it and he absolutely loves it. Never had any problems and it's got a lot of zip!

Thanks Ryan. I think your right about lovin the DR650.

I've ridden many 2-stroke 250s but my days of pulling knack knacks and cordovas are behind me now. I do a lot of back woods riding and those high strung 250s just don't handle slow speed tight trails very well. I won't have to trailer this thumper around either.

Man Bosko... you really do get the snow up there. Great snowmobile pics. I can see where you would want an 800 series in your area -- otherwise you would bog-down.

I did a little riding on them myself this winter... and enjoyed it.

Looking forward to riding the bike now though.

I didn't get out snowmobiling this season, just poor timing, and I went fishing when I had the chance. Seeing those pics makes me wish I had gone.Today was a cold day here, for riding the bike but maybe tomorrow, if I get my cruise control installed.

First year in years we actually had enough snow here...and me with no snowmobile... :( I am jealous, love to do that, but I got to ride the Nomad today, so I guess I can't complain too much.
