Interesting Custom Bike Builder

Here is the site for a custom bike builder I had not seen before. While these are not "touring-bikes"; I still think this guy has an interesting approach.

Maybe some of you will enjoy them also. Just check under his "Concepts" button near the top of the page to see a few of his projects.

Interesting Custom Bike Builder

I think he was featured in a motorcycle magazine a couple of years ago. I'll have to see if I can dig the article out of the pile (I subscribe to 6 or 7 rags, so it's a fairly big pile). The reason he rings a bell with me, is I remember the guy in the article was devoutly religious. Let me see if I can find it.

Pretty cool looking design ideas. I couldn't see me on one but if I were a tad younger, maybe...and if I had a huge bank account.

Interesting Custom Bike Builder

I love to see custom builders that are doing something different. It gets old to see everyone building something that looks like they took an HD and just bolted on a bunch of stuff or to see everyone trying to be the next OCC. Can't remember who it was but I remember seeing one of the builders doing something with open rear wheels where the rim was the axle and it was an all open circle. that was a cool look

Does anyone know what motor he is using on these? Obviously a four-cylinder of some brand.

DaBull; you are right... might be a bit tough to go too far.

OP; did you see the black bike? It has a really strange frame setup where by the rear tire is only connected on the one side -- the same side as the chain-drive.

None the less; I thought his bikes were a bit different than the "run-of-the-mill" variety. Didn't see a price-tag; but you can bet it is in the six-figures.

probably just a big V-twin motor as oppsoed to a 4 cyclinder is my guess.

In his video clip he says he uses a 250 hp Hyabusa engine, a 1000cc Suzuki and a 929 Honda to power the bikes. At 415 lbs they will fly. I like the look of some of his designs.

I've seen him before. The motor he uses is out of a sportbike. It's a Hyabusa motor.

Thanks guys for the info on the engines. I guess I didn't "dig" deep enough into his site to learn that.

I can't imagine how fast those bikes must move with those powerplants (although not likely as fast as the sportbikes they're designed for).

Anyway; it seemed he had a slightly different approach from the typical design so many use repeatedly.

Anyone know his pricing? Let me know if you do.
