Cobra Luggage Rack for 1600 Nomad

I have a cobra luggage rack that I just recently took off my 1600 Nomad. I am planning on putting a trunk on.
It has been on for about a year, but I have never even had anything mounted to it.
I paid $110 +shipping.
Will sell for $80 shipped anywhere in the US lower 48.
