Need some help

Would anyone be willing to take a look at the 2 solenoids behind the right side intake housing and tell me which wires go to which terminal on the solenoids? I had written them down when I removed the solenoids but can't find the paper I wrote it down on. It's obvious which pair of wires goes to each solenoid, I just need which wire goes to which post. Thanks!

Im guessing it doesn't matter in this case CJ, as long as there is power to them they should work.

So polarity doesn't matter? These are DC solenoids.

Need some help

CJ,

I have a wiring diagram (click links below to see) from my Clymer's manual. I also have a Nomad in the garage. I am pretty dumb when it comes to wiring on a bike. I looked behind my right side dog dish but not sure what I am looking at, besides the spark plug wires.

If the diagram doesn't work let me know and I will try to figure out something. Maybe a pic would help?

Scott, Mine is an '03 1500. I have a beige w/red stripe & a green w/red stripe.. Looking at the bike the beige wires are attached to the outside posts. The green wires are attached the the inner most posts. Hope this helps.

Just unhook the green only and that unables them.
