I'll be coming back from a trip to the Hill Country. Won't be able to make it. But, you guys have fun and take some pics.

Nightmare I appreciate you putting this ride together and it sounds like fun.

I have a few issues that could come up, but right now I am planning to make the trip. Before making final plans, I would like another couple of days to see the weather forecast? Like Al, I don't do rain.

My longest ride so far, has only been about 200 miles in a day. I am a little nervous about going on a longer trip. I was thinking about riding up to OK on Friday and riding back Sunday.

Weather permitting, Al Strauss and I may ride together with BobT from Sherman. Al and Bobt can you send me a PM on how your plans are shaping up?

When you riding up SW? Friday or Saturday. I dont know if Nightmare will let you do the ride with all that Negative Karma you got there.

I understand about the rain, I am doing a anti rain dance. We will be making a very leisurely ride with plenty of stops for pics, leg stretching and to enjoy the view. I rode the route yesterday and it was gorgeous as always. We have 2 motels in town so if you need a room that is no problem. Looking forward to meeting and riding with whoever can attend

I was planning on riding up Saturday morning, but Friday may not be a bad idea. Call me at 469-939-9497 and we can work out the details. All that negative karma just scares the gremlins away so they know not to mess with us.

Sorry guys I just got back from there. Liz and I road the Skyway Monday the 15th and spent the night in Talihena. Made Texas the next day riding south on 259. Had lunch in New Boston and then headed north to the VROC Rally.

Regarding the Talimena ride.

Glenn McNair (08 Nomad) and I are leaving my place in Keene, TX at 1030am Friday. We plan to get to gas station at SH114 & I35 about 1130am and meet up with Al "Chainsaw" Strauss on his Nomad. We will ride on to Sherman and about 1245 for lunch and pick up Jeff or BobT, if they decide to come with us. About 130pm we will run up to Antler, OK and figure to arrive about 330pm. We will get some rooms at the budget motel, if anyone wants to come on over. At 10am Saturday we will be looking forward to meeting Nightmare, Nightrider, and who ever decides to be there for the Talimena ride.

My cell is 817-680-6001 if anyone wishes to hook up with us along the way.
