WTF Motorcycle? Car? Ever see these?

http://www.wildfirevehicles.com/What...deo/video.html

"Necessity is the mother of invention."

Guess with the high cost of fuel, we'll be seeing more of these vehicles developed. Leave it to the Chinese :-/

Interesting web site, and a local dealer started up down here in Florida.

Our local Honda motorcycle dealership is going to start carrying some type of little hybrid motorcycle/car thing too. It isn't the Wildfire but something similar. The salesman was saying he thinks that with all the people that want scooters now but don't want to take the MSF type class for the endorsement, they can buy one of those and get the high MPG's they are looking for.

concept is not new. the fireaero was a kit from the 70s I think. It was built around a goldwing (the one we have in Kerrville anyway) and is a pretty sporty two seater.

PS: Remember Ralph Nader? Remember the Corvair?
Well those 3-wheeled Chineese things make Corvairs look as stable as an A1 Abrams tank.

When I get to old to ride (say around 85), I might think about one of these: http://southwesttrikes.com/stallion.htm#

Heat - A/C, Automatic.
