The lid on my dome

Just curious. I know helmets are a personal choice, but just curious what eveyone is wearing. This is not intended to be a judgement, which is why I put the option of no helmet in there.

We all know style is a personal choice, so share yours

I checked 1/2 helmet, because I wear one of those (I own 3) during the warmer months. The other 2 months of the year, I wear a 3/4 helmet. I don't care for full-face helmets, personally. Occasionally, I go topless, no helmet at all.

I'm really glad you clarified that. I was about to have a very ugly visual.

I've owned all kinds, including modular, but I always come back to the 3/4 helmet.

Where half helmet all year long, but have a modular ( easier dealing with glasses) to wear if needed.

I know I should ride with a helmet for safety but when I taking day ride and I know the weather is not questionable I don't wear one.

I have a half helmet I like if the same applies and I'm going into MA where helmets are required.

If I'm going on an overnighter a have a full right now if weather is questionable, but I'm going to pick up a 3/4 helmet that will take a flip up shield for those circumstances because I feel my full helmet doesn't give enough peripheral.

I hate to say it, but at 70+mph, I get really beat up with a helmet. I know, enlarge my lowers, a helmet makes me nausus about about 40 miles because of the jiggle.

I have 3 half helmets, one, I wear most of the time, another with the neck warmer for cool days, and another that matches the wife's. When it gets COLD, (below 37-40) I have a modular that I wear. (compared to the halves, the modular is HEAVY)

Yes, the large lowers make all the difference. Thats what I have on my Nomad. My wife doesn't have large lowers on her Nomad, (OEM) but she has spotlights. She says she doesn't get any head buffeting. The spotlights must help control air flow. ???

I wear a half helmet almost always and a full in the colder weather. I would like the choice not to wear one at all. Especially when its 94 outside like today.

I wear a half for around town and shorter jaunts, a 3/4 for long highway runs (easier to hear my tunes as my ear buds transfer wind noise when wearing the half), and a full flip-up modular for when it's cold.

I have a modular, used to have a full face. I feel naked with anything less.
