Update on Dad

Hey everybody. I thought I would update everyone on Dad. He has taken a downward turn in the past few days. He went from walking around and somewhat doing for himself on Friday and Saturday to not being able to stand up by Sunday. It appears the cancer has moved to his brain and has complicated the dementia more. He slept all day today and stayed up for about 3 hours once he got up and went back to bed. We never know what's going to happen but it seems as though things will progress quickly with him and he will come to the end of his journey with us soon. We would much rather not have him suffer and have come to terms with what is to come. I'll keep you posted as we continue our journey.
