Newcomer Questions

I have two, probably painfully obvious, questions.

I have a 2013 Voyager and, since there is no Clymer's or Haynes guide for it, can't find a good set of instructions on oil changes. Does anyone have suggestions on where I could find this?

As is true with most vehicles the owner's manual calls for what I think are very soft tire pressures. How much air seems to work well for the Voyager (obviously I still have the stock tires).

Thanks

Buy a service manual from Kawasaki. It's better than any Clymer or Haynes book.

Most people are running 40/40 psi front and rear. Softer pressures generally lead to shorter life of the tire.

There is a link on either this forum or the 'Green Kaway forum' or this forum to the entire service manual. I tried to do a search on both but can't find it. Anyway, you might look around / search for it on one of them.
Green Kawy forum: http://www.vulcanforums.com/forums/index.php

Regarding the oil change, get yourself the proper filter removal tool (cup for the top of the filter). There is little room for using much of any other kind of tool - trust me, found out teh hard way .
What should be a 20 minute job can be somewhat frustrating in pulling the filter without the right tool.

There are 2 drain plugs for the 1700 engine. Miss one and you will leave a lot of dirty oil in the sump. As waterman stated 40/40 for the tires.

I run 40 in the front, but only 30 in the rear. Got over 28,000 miles on the last rear tire and it still had legal tread when I changed it.

Hi Jack to the DARK SIDE. Buahahaha
