If you want more sound from your pipes save a few bux and use a 1 3/4 inch hole saw to cut out the back baffle, a lot cheaper and gives great sound. Do a search here for instructions.

Be careful when inflating the shocks. Too easy to blow out the airbags in them with an air compressor. Get yourself a zero loss air pump at a bicycle shop. Try about 30 pounds in both shocks with a setting of 2 on the thumb wheels. It's a place to start.

I like the sound I finally got from my Cobra Speedster Longs. I did'nt like them at first they were a little to loud for me, then we put a set of Smart Partz quiet baffles in them and I love the sound now. It's all a personal thing, Most guy's like the triditional bagger exhaust, but I wanted to be different and put them both on the same side. I think mine sounds better than my 04 Road king, it had Vance and Hines long shots on it and the Nomad has it beat!

Shock pressure will depend on your passengers weight and road, max is 42 psi. Be sure to follow the advice about not using a compressor on the shocks, they supposedly can blow real easy if done that way. The little pumps, zero loss, only cost about $30 and give you complete control. As for pipes, lots of info around here.

BTW - Welcome to the site. Good people here, well most of them, would you go for some of them, how about a maybe a few, or maybe just a couple -- okay okay, there once was one but he couldn't take it any more and bailed...
