Groups Missing?

I think you missed the guys in the middle when the groups were made. How about Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin? ???

And Iowa.. It's only one block to Illinois and 55 miles to Wisconsin, so I can sneak in somewhere until they see my plates.
