I just saw them mentioned in the latest Hot Bike Baggers mag and thought I'd give the website a look. They don't have an application for Nomads yet.

Sounds a little complicated to me CJ. You know in an emergency stop might be to much to think about.

It seems like an easy install with Kury grips and would look great in chrome.
On the other hand though I have good size paws and like to rest the outside of my palms on the outside of the grips which may accidently roll the lefthand thread into the on position.
My vista for $30 works great and doesn't hang off the barend like a tumor (and I mean that in a nice way) :)

I think it's way too expensive for what it is/does. One model is $195. I'm in the wrong line of work.

I like the breakaway throttle lock, but I think it's too expensive also. The only reason I have a Vista Cruise is because the Flip a Lever went off the market. If you're going to pay $200 for a throttle lock, you might as well buy a real cruise control, like the Audiovox.

When you roll off the throttle it unscrews the friction lock...I think that's what keeps it from locking up.

Its the same concept as a Throttlemeister, they have been around for years. They where often found on BMW's, and I think their a bit expensive also.
