Chuckster's Dual Plate Modification

I have a 2001 Nomad. I was thinking of installing the dual plates to my bike. Does the bike have 2 air filters in place after the modification is made? I already have Cobra True Duals and a TFI installed. Will the dual plates compliment the performance with the mods I have already made?
