how to attach pics

hey group, i cant figure out how to attach pics to my profile like some of you have. can someone help me out here?

At the top of each page is a link called: "KawaNOW Forum FAQ".

Oh yeah... please pay attention to the size you use when inserting your pic so it isn't too big. That gets annoying when pics are too big. It causes threads to become too wide thus requiring left-right scrolling for some... a real pain if you know what I mean. ;)

I've turned displaying pictures off under personal settings. Personally I don't need to see the same picture over and over again in every single post one makes.

Typical of men... we don't look to see if there is a "manual" available... and even if there is we wouldn't read it! Far too easy to do that!!

Dave has ulcers and when he looks at your photo it causes him great pain.
He has mine mounted on a dart board. ;)

I keep waking up at night with sharp pains around my eyes. I looked down the list of people with the after market dart boards. And you appear to be the only one in the appropriate time zone.
