Howards Hog Horns / Trumpet Horns - Anybody have them?

I have a set of trumpet horns from Howards Hog Horns, and I want to remove the left side "hub cap" and mount them between the jugs.

However, rather than invent the "wheel" all over again, I was hoping somebody might have gone through the pain and be willing to share some expertise with me.

Thanks!

Many members here have mounted aftermarket air horns on their Nomads. I've never seen these before, most use the Stebel Nautilus air horn. The basic idea is the same - install a relay and run a separate power lead from the battery to power the compressor and use the existing horn circuit to control the relay.

You are aware that unless you have an aftermarket intake setup, the air filter for the Nomad is on the left side? So if you haven't already, you would need to relocate the air filter to the right side, which will involve a few modifications, none of which are difficult.

I might want a set of these myself for my Ultra!

Thanks Cactusjack.

Yes, the air intake was converted to a K&N and resides on the right side. I'm ok with the wiring, relay and such. I'm trying to figure out how to mount the them without making it look "cheap".

If you do get a set, you will really like them. IMHO I think they are the best looking, but they do require enough space so that they don't look crowded. They sound absolutely terrific as well.

I had them on my C50 and could not bare to sell them once I sold the Bully.

I had a set of air horns on my bike, they worked pretty good but mine wasn't as loud as a Stebel.

I looked into some for my truck a few years ago but never bought them. I would still like a set though. The goods ones are about $1200.00

Mounted my Rivco's in the space where the Goat's Bladder used to live. Since it has the V&H from pipes there is lots of room under there for the horm jus above the Oil filter.
